Cookie policy
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your country and postcode, and – with your consent – to measure and improve the shop. Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website, so the site can recognise you from page to page and from visit to visit. We also use similar technology where your browser stores information locally (local storage), for example to remember your cart. In this policy we call all of it cookies.
2. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies make the shop work: your cart, chosen language, delivery country, postcode and currency, your login session and your cookie choice. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off, because without them you cannot shop.
3. Statistics cookies (PostHog)
With your consent we use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to measure visits, page views and where in the buying flow customers drop off. We use the figures to improve the shop – not to show you ads.
4. Marketing cookies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
With your consent, Google Tag Manager sets cookies from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. They are used to measure whether our ads work and to show relevant BM Silo ads to visitors on those platforms.
5. Cookie list & lifetime
Under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page you can see and change your choice for each category. Necessary cookies are kept for up to 12 months or until you log out; your consent to statistics and marketing is valid for up to 12 months, after which we ask again. We update this policy when we add or remove cookies.
6. Withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser; you will then be asked again the next time you visit the shop.
